There was a post on how to do this a few months ago - I can't remember who it was though so I can't give credit

But you just uninstall the existing 100 MB file and then go to the store and reinstall it, and it should reinstall the full game

Edit: Albeit you still won't be able to play it until release, but it will save you having to wait another 2 hours after it is released.

I think I have it fully downloaded it says under the game in the installed tab on my Xbox one 41.2GB so that must mean it's fully installed as I can't find nothing near it that says 100MB
