I've copied to squad off the sticky but I've only got 81 chem? When it needs to be 92

Yeah do a single player season or against team of the week. As soon as the game starts exit FIFA until you've done it 10 times.

you could also get one player from that squad and surround him with useless bronze cards and do it ,that way you don't waste any contracts on gold players.

When the bronzies run out of contracts, use others that are untradeable

This is since everyone is at 9 chem, which makes it 99 chem, you only need one more for 100 chem(yay! I can add), in this case just use one player from that SBG.
