If i Pre-Order Infinite warfare now will i still get access to cod 4 remastered early?

You will only get early access to the campaign, you will have to wait until the game is officially released for the multiplayer.

Hey to get the modern warfare remastered campaign early you have to pre order one of the infinite warfare that comes with call of duty four remastered and pay off the amount of money that the game itself costs.
