The way to get employees to follow the rules is to set them. Go in and tell them, there is a time to play and a time to work. You get breaks, that's when you can be on your phone. If you are on your phone on company time you will be fired. Make sure they do get fired if they use their phone on company time. Bottom line is if you are the push over boss, they will run all over you.

You can go into your settings and block all the devices connected to it accept Drivers phones
