Hello Fellas/Fellettes (sorry, thought id get creative with the opener),

After going 26-2-1, I am now 60-12-58, and yes I know this is terrible.

I am continuously loosing games, that I am controlling, and playing against players that I feel arent as good as me in seasons.

However when I draft, I win, pretty much every time, think 2 times I have gone out at the 3rd round but other then that ive won it 4-5 times.

I feel as if my best formations so far have been the 4-4-1-1, the 4-3-1-2 and the 4-3-3(2).

Now, I dont know which one of these to use, the players ive enjoyed have been Remy, Reus, Gotze, James Rodriguez and a few others, but I only really have 280k to spend right now (as im still waiting for the guy whos supposedly selling me some coins to come through).

Im on Xbox, just for prices, and if anyone could help me out with some ideas on either, what formation to pick, a team, if anyone has time to make one up for me, or even chemistry styles for specific players or instructions they have found worked well?

Any help will be massively appreciated.
