I'd have to agree with you, much more powerful cars don't even have that amount of torque. Even cars known for their torque (Jaguar XKRS) don't have that much

Hmm something seems fishy about that horsepower to torque ratio

That BHP-/-Torque Ratio is messed up, no way it has 716 Torque!

lol your torque is bullshit especially since you have a stock BMW and only have a stage 1 map loaded on it. my supra doesn't even make that much torque...

Regardless of your messed up ratio, it is a very stunning car!

Stock specs are 282 BHP and 428 torque. What it sounds like to me is he hasn't actually tested the car as the only vehicles that double the horsepower number for torque is a truck because torque is more meant for pulling. I think he just read online what the remap should net him.

With that being said, this leads to believe that when he says 716 torque, he is talking about newton metre torque when we all think of pound feet. 716 NM torque equates to 528 FT-LBS torque which is a lot more believable, but still way overpowered if it's correct. To me it looks like OP just read online what it should make after the remap as no one uses NM torque or BHP (brake horsepower) as that's the horsepower at the crank. We all use wheel horsepower which would come out to about 350 and FT-LBS torque which comes out to 528.

Long story short, the correct numbers that everyone is used to is 350 HP and 528 FT-LBS torque.
