want to get better fps and run most games i get 20 fps on arma 3 with this build

I think the issue might be your video card.

Whats your total budget?

ARMA doesn't run too well on anything tbh, a 380 should be fine but it could be worth it to get a new GPU.

Now you have a kick ass system. You can just get one stick of RAM now and add a 2nd later if you wish. I'd recommend adding another SSD when you have some more cash, 120GB is pretty minimal. Your GPU isn't bad, but it is a mid ranged card. Once you can upgrade to something with performance similar to a GTX 1070(or better), that would be the best option.
