Their is no way to skip this. You can try reaching rockstar and telling them you got an Xbox One, lol

I'd rather not risk getting the account banned permanently lol,
As they've banned my legit account for breaching and violating the games terms or what not rockstar need to just stop banning people with over 10 mill that's why people mod because they ban legit hard working accounts

But anyway there must be some way to skip this???

I got the unable to transfer on 5 accounts ,then after 30 days they all transferred fine.
You should be able to get a refund

The account needs to be a certain age and have a certain amount of playtime. They don't actually ban any accounts. If you call them up with a new account, they'll **** bullshit you, saying your account violated the game license. That's not what happened. I tried it with a brand new legit account. I asked to even see their supervisor, and he would not let me. Honestly, their customer service is pathetic.
