Hi TTG, recently my build has been freezing maybe once or twice a day at random times. I havent found a common thing that im doing to cause it. I could be playing CSGO and it will totally freeze or doing some light internet stuff like using Youtube or checking my email. I talked to my boss ( I work as a Laptop Technician at a wholesale shop) he told me to reset the cache on my Mobo, but when i was looking online I saw alot of things saying not to do that. I'll list off my build and if anyone has any ideas that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
CPU: i7-3770k 3.50ghz
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-V LK
Fan: Corsair H80
Ram: 32gb (4x8) Corsair Vengeance 12800
GPU: AMD Radeon 7990 6gb
PSU: 1050w full modular Corsair gold
HDD: 1tb WD Black (about 6 months old) and 1x256gb Micron SSD that i use for games.
Thanks.

Watch your task manager and see if anything is using abnormal resources.
If your HDD/SSD is over 85% load consistently that kind of issue will happen due to overloaded I/O.
Same thing applies to the CPU.
Did you check for viruses? Use Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware as free options to scan.

My harddrives are only like 25% full. Ive noticed ram is being used for some reason about 6gb of it.
The caches on my cpu are barely being used.
Ive run anti virus 4 times and nothing it coming up

Use Reliability Monitor and Event Viewer to see if there are logged errors that correspond with the crashes. Reliability Monitor puts system events in a readable format. Post what you find here.

This is what comes up from Reliability monitor from the last crash:
Description
The previous system shutdown at 4:02:29 PM on 10/16/2016 was unexpected.
and this is from the same time on Event Viewer
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
