Whenever I make a concept squad it says it has 100 chemistry and then when I buy all the players and make the squad it goes down to 99

How do I fix this?

There is nothing to fix, all the players have the loyalty bonus added when you use concept players, so after 10 games they will get the loyalty bonus (+1 chemistry) or add a manager to boost players up to 10.

This! if you go into the team of the week and dash board 10 times you get the loyalty without having to play the games and don't get the losses on your record.
