Ive seen some avatars that move and im not sure if its gold exclusive. If not could anyone make that please

Name: AmazeMB
Animation: i slow chilled colour changing on my name please( so its looks like peoples usernames that have the most posts)

Will +rep 50 rep(meaning ill have to give you it over the time span of 10days but please remind me please)

Edit: forgot to say that they id live a thin border around it that is yellow please

for what you're asking for, if it takes someone 10 days to complete then they don't know what they're doing. Avatar gif's are easy to create.

If someone helps then most likely but it depends on there experience for how long it takes them.
