Doesn't make sense spending so much for a B150 chipset motherboard. You can get a Z170 chipset mobo for less, and that will give you overclocking support. R9 380 makes no sense. Every system these days should have an SSD.

If you have no interest in overclocking, you can save £20 by getting a cheaper motherboard. If you want to overclock, you can flash an old BIOS to the motherboard and PC the 6500, or buy/upgrade to an unlocked Skylake or Kaby Lake CPU. You're going to need to buy a cooler to OC though. You can get something like a Raijintek Aidos or Cryorig M9i for £15-20 and that would be fine for a little overclocking. If you get the i5-6500 and want to overclock, you can get 1x8GB DDR4 for £35 and that'll let you get a Raijintek Aidos in the system for the same price as 16GB RAM with stock cooler. 8GB RAM is plenty for now, and you can easily add another 8GB stick when you have some spare cash. I'd recommend getting 8GB for now and the Raijintek Aidos.

240GB SSD is more than enough for now. You can get your OS, some games and some other stuff on there easily. Re-use any HDD(s) you can and/or add an HDD when you have some more money. Definitely get the SSD in their first for your boot drive. GTX 1060 is a much better GPU than the R9 380. I'd get the 6GB variant, but that's an extra £40 and the 3GB 1060 will be fine. Now, the PSU I suggested is not as good as that SuperFlower unit. However, the XFX PSU I suggested is a very good unit. You don't need to spend £60 on a PSU. Although the SuperFlower PSU is great and worth it's price, the XFX PSU I suggested is a good bit cheaper and perfectly fine for this system. More than enough actually.
