If you are on Xbox one, no you cannot. The campaign is playable on the PlayStation 4 ONLY right now. The install is a pre load meant to just install to your console and be ready to play when the game releases

I thought campaign somehow came out early for Xbox One but just seems to be the pre-install of the game which is still awesome. But B19 did a great job of explaining most of it.

I pre ordered the game about a week ago, it installed straight away and I was able to play campaign, you wont be able to play multiplayer until the day of release.

Im on PS4.

thats because you are on ps4 we get it early well the xbox players wait till the day of launch(3rd)
