As I had the game early because I had the early enlister edition I managed to get my medic, recon and support too level 10 before the new ranking system came in so after it was implemented my rank on these classes were lowred I made a case with ea support and they said it was an desolated issue this was the rest of the email:

First of all, I do apologize for the length of time you have been waiting for a response.

I'm sorry to hear that all of your Classes seem to have lowered in Rank, as a fellow gamer I can imagine the disbelief.

I have just reviewed your account, and I can confirm that your ranks did seem to have gone down. I'm afraid that we currently haven't got a way to address this, it appears to be an isolated case for now.

Now, I have granted you 3 Standard Battlepacks and 900 Scraps as a compensation for your trouble, and I have taken note of your case. In order to address this, I need to collect more information, so for now I will be keeping an eye on this, and it is quite possible that your report will be of value in the future.

Ok, so it appears that I have overlooked our latest patch notes, but that turned out to be a good thing for you.

To be clear, the experience you need to achieve a new rank has been adjusted, and this has lowered the ranks for most of the players.

Don't worry, you can keep the compensation, consider it as a lucky extra.
