There is defiantly something called an IP ban. May not be very common, but it's possible. And as I said in the post, no this account is not banned. You can log into your microsoft account and go to your enforcement history page and double check, also fellow from Live Support Chat confirmed this account not banned. My main account on the console that was banned however is. But that's not the account I'm using atm. Regular account, regular XB1, still can't join Online games.

Maybe its a problem with the account settings. Check if the account is an adult account and is allowed to play online on your account settings in your Xbox one.

Went through settings multiple times, all to the adult, and all allowing online progress and what not. Thank you though. I'ma look into changing IP's and will probably create a follow up post if it doesn't work or whatnot.
