I went on today and saw that the motorcycle that cost nearly 2 millions dollars is gone.pretty sure it was for the Halloween dlc, Is there any way I can still get it or anything? Etc

Halloween is over and done with. It was a one time thing, might come back next year.

I've used the bike and it's not worth 2 mil. I would just wait for the Christmas DLC if I was you.
