Depends what you are trying to run and at what settings really
But if you are in the market for a new one just drop the price range and I'm sure someone will be able to help

This will not play games well. If you buy this pc, grab a 1050 ti and you will have a great medium-high setting gaming rig

Will it run what? How much it is? What specific i5? What case and PSU? Does it have an SSD? The GPU is trash. Current generation Intel CPUs have integrated graphics that would probably perform better than the GT 710. The GT 710 is pretty old, and extremely low end, it was never intended as a gaming card. The only reason to own a GT 710, is for multiple display set-ups that aren't doing any gaming.
