I think it's a bit of a pointless addition to the menu, shame we can only try them in Italy!

I can't imagine it tasting good with the Mcdonald's buns. The bun's texture is dry and soft while the Nutella is sweet and runny.

It's a bad combination but I'd still try it just to see what it would taste like.
