when i insert my disk its says tray closed medium not present

what type of disk do you have? also make sure your dvd burner says dvd+r dl or dvd-r dl that means you can burn dual layer disks

i have vertabamin or whatever they are called and ive burned many before but it keeps giving me the error message

you need dual layer 8.5 gb discs

try reinstalling imgburn and then restart your computer and put the disk in and see if it works then.
