So I'm connected to my internet, but recently I've noticed it says 'IPv4 NAT Type: Open'. It has never said IPv4 before.

Everything is good. Download is 28.22 Mbps and my upload is 9.27 Mbps with latency of 158ms but I get into a COD MWR game, and it says NAT Type is moderate and I lag all over the place.

Could someone help me understand why this is that my Xbox is saying NAT Type is Open, but the game is saying Moderate. Also, how could I fix this?

If it open for the Xbox itself in the network settings then you're fine. If it's moderate or strict in the game itself then you need to port forward the game ports. Google the game and the port numbers and then that info into your router.
