I have a vpn connected on the dumar , i'm trying to play xbox one while connected to vpn ( found one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) , i have clicked the xbox icon so that it's under a vpn config, it was working in the week , but now it connects to xbox live and can't find any games via fifa 16 , i have tested multiplayer connection on the xbox dashboard and i get this message "Cannot get a Teredo IP Address ". Is it something wrong with xbox or vpn?

Did you change your config, and is the VPN still active?

it is using teredo tunneling, pretty basic concept really, assuming your VPN is an IPv4 only with no IPv6 networks on it. It will tunnel the IP to a pool of IPv6 allowing you too connect with IPv6.
confusing as **** but it works, just try this
network settings, go into advanced, from there find alternate mac and clear that.
another issue may be that the VPN doesn't support uPnP lol
