They're honestly a disgrace for it.

Okay i had this issue before like a few weeks ago ebay holds it cause you either dont have a good seller standing or the payer did not get the item or did not like it or did not review. eventually you will get it soon. Within the 21 days since he sent you the money and the item was shipped and he got and received it and told ebay he got it ebay will release the money.

I have been selling on eBay for a while now. It's not that it's nothing to do with eBay and PayPal rung me, telling me there locking my account

Ouch bro.
I did a act of kindness for someone through paypal and he was scamming accounts and using me as middle man.

Long story short I ended up refunding all the accounts except a couple that were sent through by me to another account roughly around 900 dollars.

PayPal said I either pay it or it goes to collections. My credit score is 824, I didn't need that so I had to pay it out of my savings account. No credit card

It sucked
