Not a bad squad at all man, personal preference would be to find a striker with better pace but depends on your playing style!

Personally not to keen on any of it for some reason the 2 centre backs no matter what centre backs i have I must use one with high/medium and medium/high I feel like when they both have high defensive they sit back to much and invite pressure, love sanches and costa I feel bernat can do just as good as job as Alaba and I don't have an opinion on the Russian league cause never fancied it....YET lol but hope it works for you mate but that's my opinion on it

Looks solid and different which i like.

The wingers look insane and the defence looks rather strong too.
