I have been trying to redeem my xbox live 3 month code. But it always says error, and recongizes the code to be 3 month. I even tried it with a different account on my xbox one.
I bought the code from trusted online site.
So what should i do ?

Contact Microsoft for an exchange , I am positive if they recognize it they will send you another through email and cancel the error one
