Regular trainings help me to get rid of stress and anxious thoughts. I attend gym 4 times per week and run every morning. Now I'm preparing for the local fitness contest. I even started [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to increase strength. Hope to win this year.

I have a very stressful personal life that I'm not going into, but the only coping method I have that actually works even slightly so is isolating myself and just simply minding my own business, and talking to people only when absolutely necessary. My fiance gives me a lot of hell for this as we have a daughter, but considering I work full time, as well as go to college full time, being only 20 years old, and my fiance doesn't work so I pay all the bills, it's the only thing that helps by the time I get home. She always yells at me for not doing a lot of stuff with the baby, but what am I supposed to do? Can't get a different job with less hours or else we wouldn't be able to pay the bills, and can't stop going to college because a college degree is what will get us out of the predicament we are in to begin with.
