Create a NEW Xbox account and put your credit card information on it. Then buy minecraft. set that accounts home Xbox as your Xbox and download minecraft. Then call Xbox and say you mistakingly bought it thinking it was a theme or some shit. I've done this before and it works for me.. good luck.
