Trust me they wont do you any better i drunk alot of coca cola then switched to lucazade they are all the same its best just to cut it all out at once. I was sick and alot of blood came up that's what made me change my ways and not drink it anymore its not good for you at all man. Switching to water was the by far the best decision i ever made in my life and i feel so much better for it.

Yeah man water is your best friend when it comes to losing weight. Also, if you don't like gyms that is fine. If you have a treadmill, like you said, use that everyday for at least an hour. Try to do sprinting intervals, jogging intervals, and walking intervals to regain stamina. When it comes to losing weight, it's all about cardio and diet. I once had to drop 15lbs in 1 week for wrestling back in high school and I made it happen by sprinting miles while wearing a trash bag everyday for hours on hours, drinking water only, no carbs, sugars, or high calorie or high fattty food. You will only progress as much as you let yourself progress. Set your mind to it man and start working hard towards your goal. Try not to have cheat days or eat unhealthy and stay active. If you follow these tips you are almost guaranteed to drop weight within a given amount of time. Just stay focused and strong man. You can do it, it's all about confidence...

If you ever need any advice or help of any nature feel free to PM me.

Sprite and 7up aren't healthy drinks, stick to water. It will definitely suck the first few days but eventually you will get used to it.

Take baby steps with your diet, start off with cutting out specific junk foods you tend to often have. I never eat crisps and I've stopped eating chocolate the past few months. Start having smaller sized proportions for meals especially dinners and try having more vegetables with your dinners.

Exercise is always good, it makes you feel good about yourself and you will feel physically fit. If you want to see fast improvements then hit the gym or do a cardio activity like using your treadmill once a day for a good few minutes. If you have plans to be somewhere like going out with friends then walk their don't take transport, it's exercise and it can save you money.

I don't go to the gym or exercise that often apart from occasionally playing football but I've cut foods out my diet and walk to places instead of using transport and I've seen a visual difference in my weight the past few months.

Hope this helps you out.

So please take me seriously here! I used to way 260. My mother passed away which lead my weight to fluctuate a lot! I would gain a bunch then lose a bunch, Anyways, At 260, I was fed up! I was not happy with my self. I started with a 1500 Calorie Diet which is a little less then the average 2000 Calorie diet. You want to start by cutting out all Soda, and Gatorade! Gatorade is filled with tons of sugar! Now its hard AF! I know but do you really want to be fit? I started by just drinking water, Then I made my own tea which I lightly sweetend! Stay away from Low cal or Artifical Sugars. Studies show that it actually turns off your metabolism and causes you to gain more weight! Reason to way Diet soda has a bad name. Now a good tip for you is to chug one glass of water before every meal. It will fill your stomach tricking you into thinking your full causing you to eat less. Stay away from processed foods! Poptarts, Pizza Rolls, Fruity pebbles, Cut that sh*t out! It just is bad for you! Eat a lot of Chicken and Tuna! They are both very lean in fat meaning pure protein! Try and avoid red meat like Beef and pork although a burger a week isn't going to kill you! Cut the carbs like bread and potatoes, Carbs turn straight into sugar which is why they get a bad name. Treat yourself every once and a while, I eat an Ice Cream cone 4 Times a week after dinner which surprisingly helped me. While McDonalds has a horrible name and food, Their ice cream is prob the healthiest thing on the menu with only 150 Calories pure cone! Now like I said, I started at 260 and after about 8 Months, I'm down to about 200 and I feel great! Ive lost 10% Body fat and now I'm as bulk as a moose! Just takes a lot of dedication! You have to really want it. Now I went to the gym every single day for a month and a half, then I started going 4- 5 times a week. I do a lot of weight lifting because it will turn fat straight into muscle over time. I wrote you a two day meal plan to get you started. It looks like a lot of food but you need to eat 4-5 SMALL Meals a day to keep your metabolism in its prime!

Cutting out fizzy drinks isn't going to do anything by itself, you need to change your diet properly as in cutting out junk food completely and consuming less calories overall.

Go onto a BMR calculator (I'll link one below) and calculate the amount of calories that you need to consume to maintain your weight. If you eat less calories than this, you will lose weight and if you eat more then you'll gain weight.

As I said, losing weight is all about eating less calories. You could lose over 100lbs to reach your goal without doing any exercise, however you would lose out on the benefits of exercising.

Basically, plan out a diet that's like 400ish calories less than your BMR and then try that for a couple of weeks. You should see weight being lost and you can just stick with that diet until after you lose some weight, you'll need to decrease the calories even further because your BMR will have lowered since you weigh less.

Make sure your diet is balanced and consists of different foods, mainly high protein foods like milk, chicken and so on.

Also, if you're 350lbs, you'll need surgery to remove the loose skin if you lose weight. Although it's not nice, it's just that being overweight will stretch your skin.

Water instead of nonsense.

A consistent diet where you eat less, but more frequently. It will speed your metabolism up.

DoctorStrange wrote Ok so I'm really over weight and I'm really trying to lose a lot of it by next your around this time, an I need some advice for loosing it and a technique to lose some of the extra skin.
U
Current stats
Weight-350
Height-5,9-5,10
My goal-280-250

Iv slowly stopped drink pop and started to drink a lot of gateraid. This is kinda of my New Years resolution!
Also I'll be updating this all the way to my goal.
So anything help would be greatly appreciated!

Day 1. drank a little bit of gateraid rest of the day is going to be strictly to not eating a lot and drinking a lot of water. But my head is kinda hurting from the lack of caffeine but I'm working my head ach off.

Gatorade should only be after working out etc. Drink more water then you want to, get a gym membership, and eat more meals in smaller portions. Stair steppers or arc trainers for 45 mins plus machines like leg press, bicep curls etc are good to add on to that

First thing you need to do is stop drinking the Gatorade. It is just as bad as soda and is loaded with artificial flavors, colors and lots of unnecessary sugar. I would recommend a 100% juice that has been cold extraced if you are wanting something sweet.

No onto the weight loss. You need to exercise. Loosing weight is only 50% eating healthy and the other 50% living a healthy lifestyle. Go for a run, ride your bike and spend lots of time outside.also I would recommend eating all natural and skipping all the processed food
