please help, my phone fell on the ground and i picked it up and turned it completely off and turned it back on then i went to turn on wifi and it wont work at all. also the rear camera stopped working, also its grayed out the wifi button

Well it sounds like it could be a hardware issue since it dropped. If a restore doesn't fix the issue then its not software related and most likely need to send it away for repairs.

Is it android or a galaxy? I've had that problem before.

If it is, boot into the recovery menu and clear the system cache and reboot.

Always fixed it for me.

The rear camera could be unplugged just a little, those dont normally stop breaking from drops but neither do wifi chips. The wifi issue is the chip on the board going bad or coming loose, not an easy repair. Both weird issues together though sounds like water damage though. Better off just investing in a new phone at this point.
