I assume you're going to overclock, if so this should do nicely, If you have any extra cash get a larger/better SSD. If this is too much, go for the 3gb 1060.

XFire support so you can add a 2nd RX 480 at any point. Better case. Better SSD. Better cooler. You won't be doing much overclocking with a Raijintek Aidos. Corsair CX600 is a trash PSU, do not buy that.

Instead of XFX Radeon RX 480 8GB RS wouldnt GTX 970 be better?

No, a GTX 970 wouldn't be better. Its a last gen card.
