i know the email name and that about it.. i bought the account off "Business man" and have since forgot the password, all the recovery questions and stuff are made up so i cant access the account like that... any options, i know the gamertag and email and that it

for one I would post this in the right section.

For two have you tried messaging Businessman- for help?

Yes this happen to me today maybe do forgot password if it asks like text or answer question do none of them then it should take you to a page were you can enter your own number if it don't work contact him

Contact him again get the pass sign in online then sign in on Xbox

Try contact the person you boughtit from, if he is legit he should help you no problem.

If that fails contact xbox support and give them all the information you know(DO NOT MENTION YOU PURCHASED IT)
Say like youve just completely forgot everything or something

I would submit a recovery request through outlook. That would be your best bet.
