If she thinks you're dating talk to her about that, I had a girl do the same exact thing to me. But our situation is a little different from yours, but yes just talk to her, honestly you shouldn't have anything to worry about!

If she really likes you, then nothing else should matter. Tell her from the bottom of your heart. Worked for me with my now 1 year and 1 month long releationship with my girlfriend and still going strong.
