I wouldn't recommend transferring that amount of coins in a small amount of time. I transferred 200k in one go and got a warning plus the other account got banned.

I would recommend transferring little bits at a time like 50k a day through bronze players. However even 50k is quite risky man.

you can transfer it all at once but buy a player so ea can't take you're coins away

Just use gold premier league players and buy them for 10k each from the other account but limit how many you do. I'd also recommend listing up other cards for normal prices at the same time to make it look as legit as possible.
I would suggest transferring it in over the span of around a week.

Ive got 0 patience so I ust bought 9 informs and put them all up for 70k and bought them all in one go lol

I would suggest you buy a few players to use up all of the coins and wait for a bit because EA will reset your coins and issue you a warning. They won't reset anything else so if you get the players then you can sell them again after you receive the warning

Small amounts every few days, make it so it is not in any order etc and completely random.
