I can't link the picture because I used a compiled .jpeg that is pretty long so it looks goofy here, but here is the link to the project on my Behance page, sorry about that. The description is on the top of the project under Design Intent. This was for my Design 5 Architecture class. The site analysis has a few open areas that I completed by hand, I have not scanned it yet though.

Looks clean and professional, I like it a lot. However the steps in the bottom photo look a bit unrealistic but other than that, nice work

It's a design, it's not intended to look exactly like the real thing. The main purpose of it is to get an idea how the final product will turn out.

Imo that looks amazing, very professional.

Thanks guys! Like Balance said, they're just concept renderings/drawings so I can't prioritize too much of my time on some things. We had a lot to get done in a short amount of time so my time had to be used carefully. I see what you mean though 201, thank you. Normally if the stairs are not embedded into the floor, I design them a little bit more.
We have 3 more design courses left to complete before grad school, I'm going to try to focus a lot on rendering in d6 to clean them up. I'm still learning how to use Vray and there's a lot of settings to tweak, and that's not including material settings.
