Skill varies heavily from photo to photo, the exposure on most of them are off anywhere from 1+ to 1- in most cases. Focus again varies in skill from photo to photo, using the 100mm lens it can be hard to capture exactly where you want through the viewfinder but using manual focus and key markers you should be able to acquire a range you are aiming for while compensating with your f/ stop. Some of the photos have a nice strong subject and composition while others look like you aimlessly waved your camera while pressing the shutter with a lack in powerful subject matter and/or composition to the frame and DOF. I can offer specific review on photos if you wish me to further explain, do not i am not bashing your work but simply making you aware of a problem that you can fix to become a more consistent and skilled photographer.
