The title says it all, i need a 250mb (minimum) file size on a picture, is there any way to do that without the original being tinkered with? (Such as adding multiple layers, what to add to those layers, etc). Thanks for the help!

Save the file as a PNG with highest quality settings, Change the image size to inches instead of pixels for a huge photo, add a layer under everything visible and put hella color corrections on it.

Save it as PNG 24, bicubic quality.

Like others have said, create multiple layers behind the image and put CC's on top of them.
