I'm not exactly a tech wizard but it will be a lot easier for people to help if you use the request form in the how to request builds sticky.

Answer these questions so we can get an idea of what you need.

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

What monitor, keyboard, and mouse are you using? Spending $2k to play CSGO and LoL would be a huge waste of money, so are you doing anything more demanding/intensive? Will you overclock?

Plus I'll want to play fairly-demanding games at max settings 1080p and be able to watch youtube videos/twitch streams while gaming without lagging

I would consider getting another monitor that is 1440p sometime in the future, you'd be able to have a 1440p one for the main gaming and the 1080p for chat, streaming software or etc. On this i also included an extra case fan to intake through the bottom, you dont need a fan controller because there is a fan hub in the case that can control up to 6 fans with it. You'll need to use the cpu fan header for it to work properly. The fan included is a high cfm 140mm fan so with that and the one that comes with the case that provides another 100cfm's there should be no problem with airflow
