I'm trying to set two monitors to my PC but I'm only getting video output through my graphics card. When I try to plug my monitor up to my processor, I get a black screen. Please help.

You can plug your monitor up to your video card or you have a choice to plug it directly into your motherboard. Do you need pics?

He put that picture in because you said "try to plug my monitor up to my processor"

However, can you post your specs, please?

Use more than one output? For example if your card has one VGA and 1 HDMI output, utilise both and plug them both into your monitors?

You can't plug a display directly in to your motherboard. The reason there's no image is because you can't display anything from your mobo/CPU. Why would you not just plug the 2nd display in to your GPU anyway? Which is what you'll have to do for it to work.

Thanks for the information guys. I didn't know I could plug both monitors up into my graphics card. I'm kind of new to this PC stuff.
