Just know, those "protestors aren't protestors. They're anarchists. Also, those people don't reflect the vast majority of Dems who've simply accepted reality and moved on with their lives. Not all liberals are cry babies and not all conservatives are racist or sexist. In my honest opinion, protesting will not change anything; Trump will still be president.

Protesting is American by definition. Securing the right to dissent against the government without fear of retaliation is what made the founding of and continues to make America unique. It's literally in the third sentence of the Constitution.

You're correct in saying that protesing is a valid way to voice your opinion, but you've misinterpreted my point. Some of these people are actively protesting against Donald Trump, hence the chants "Not My President", "Donald Trump has got to go" etc. Unless Trump seriously abuses his power, he will remain in office until his four (or eight) years are over.

I'm fine with the Women's Rights movements, its an issue that they can make an impact on and can be changed. But protesting actively against the president himself is useless.

Protesting is an absolutely a great thing for democracy, but you say a valid cause when in reality most of these women are protesting Trump's presidency which is, yes, totally and completely useless. You are protesting someone that was democratically elected, essentially. This enthusiasm was no where to be found November 8th when they had a chance to elect a women President. You should protest for change, not because you lost a Presidential race.

Nothing is going to come out of this Women's March, absolutely nothing. It's not productive in any way.

If they were to use this energy and organization for the 2018 midterm elections, then I'd say it's something productive and useful. That's a valid way to promote change for women, by electing officials that share your views. Saying Trump is "not my President" or to not "grab me by the ****" is counterproductive.

You're trying to tell me the hundreds of thousands of rioters from these recent few months are apart of the group Black Bloc? Not believable. If this election cycle has proven anything, it's that the type of resistance shown to a Presidential race hasn't been matched in any other race in history. Liberals and conservatives are no better than each other, but Trump supporters have been beat up, ridiculed, shamed, ect. for their support of a President by liberals. They've made fun of his family, and his 10 year old son because they don't agree with his politics and it's disgusting. Liberals in no way should be taking a high moral ground, nor should they be blaming anyone else for the extreme resistance in what should have been a peaceful transition of power.

I'm assuming that when you said "i am ashamed of everyone that "protested.", you were referring to this particular situation and if that is the case, I completely agree. Everybody should have the right to protest. But there is a line that you have to draw. And none of this will change the fact that Trump is our president. Unless he has committed some crime, he is going to be our president.
