I finally unlocked to urban mdr after like a month of trying and I just wanted to know which setup would be the best to use with it?

I was watching a yt video of a predator build black market ak and mdr 324 dps and 416 toughness he got with the build barrett/ vigorous chest, specialised backpack with 4 predator, 3 piece stamina and 2 armour main roll and then all stamina mods
