Everytime i download sometype of modding program it goes straight to text edit??

Yeah maet. the programs are designed for the Microsoft Operating system. If you want that program, search for a "Mac" version for it

iHc & xport wasnt designed for the mac sorry. Have you tried using a Emulator for the Mac so that you can run these programs?

Here, Try using this tutorial so that you can run all Windows Programs

Install a Program called Bootcamp if you dont have it. it splits your mac into 2 parts, 1 for Mac, and the other for Windows. Rep if i helped
