Hi I am looking to see if anyone would happily do me a YouTube banner and avatar for my channel, it quite simple what I'm looking for

I'm looking for something similar to this design but with the channel name being "Jacq" and the colours being red with a black background colour or light blue with a black background colour whichever looks best!
