How do the pre modded accounts work I already used my transfer so how does that work

Pre-modded accounts are it's own profile i make with mods and is given to you it comes with a transfer (30 Day wait) but it's an entirely separate account than your regular Xbox profile

So does it link with my Xbox 1 acc so when I sign into gta online I use my regular gamer tag and do I have to wait 30 days

No it does not link to your Xbox profile it's it's own separate profile you'll need to sign into to play on
and yes new profiles need to be 30 days old before they can be transferred

So when I buy this what happens I recover the account and then wait 30 days then play gta online with it

Yes, but you can instantly access the stuff if you play GTA 5 on the 360
