People have been transferring accounts that are years old and they still get banned and reset.

Guys rockstar are not dum they did that for a reason wait at least 20 days i would say if you just modded the account or got a recovery the same day as your transfering it rockstar will probably ban you because of your cash and all . if the account was made the same day it not really suspicious!
