Yo whats up guys
I have found one of my old Hp pc's and I am thinking of upgrading it.
It is this one
And I am thinking about upgrading it with old used parts. (But I may keep the stock/old motherboard, Ram and Hard drive)
Here is what I am thinking about adding to it
The GTX 760 is a spare Gpu I have laying around but if the build is compatible I might add it in.
I am trying to waste as little money as possible though ( Its kinda like a challenge)
Thanks for your help

I'm a little confused. Can you just download Speccy on the system and post a screenshot for us? If you're trying to save money, don't spend $65 for a 500GB HDD and almost $100 for your OS. You should pay like $25-50 total for the both of those. I wouldn't even invest in an LGA775 CPU anymore, especially not if you have to buy a motherboard and DDR2 RAM. If you have DDR2 RAM and an LGA775 mobo you can use, maybe pick up a Q6600 or something off eBay. Also, don't get a 212 EVO.

I am also changing the CPU to the one you referred me to the "Q6600" and I am getting a 400 watt PSU to power everything.
Do you think the parts will go together well? Or will the CPU Bottleneck making the Gtx 760 almost useless.
