What ive tried
- Re installing game
- deleting all folders for fifa then re installing
- trying to delete the corrupted folder
- system restore

I don't know if your have the same problem as me but for reason I can't go on FUT and I did everything you did

not on xbox but what about wiping your xbox and logging back into your account on a factory xbox. You may have to redownload all your games but idk.

It will save your progress as its saved on your account. Just an idea

on pc, and have tried system restore and also logging into someone elses orgin and still no luck

Yea, it happened on the 29th of jan and i phoned them on the second of feb and have been passed from person to person since, ive been ringing them every 24-72 hours, but they just say wait another 24h and itll be fixed ect ...

Yeh EACUSTOMERSERVICE for you tbh. I honestly dont know what you can do seems like youve tried everything. Have you googled it see if anyone has had similar issues?

found someone with same issue and they deleted thier settings but mine wont delete ive left it for hours tryint to delete the file
