can someone help me with my banner i cant get it to work iv tried multiple ones from google also have tried making my own and still cant can some pleaseee help

Banners are sized to 468x60 and have a max file size of 200.00KB so if it is larger than that it isn't going to work. Do you have the link to the banner? I can resize it for you.
