I've been out of the loop of jailbreaking lately and unsure if its possible on iOS 10 but you can try loading into safe mode. Power your device off, and while it's powering back on hold the volume + while booting and it will load to safe mode.

i had added a couple of apps all within the same time period which includes bytafont 2 , flex 3 , iapcrazy, and ifile. and now none will open, Il try the safe mode and will reply the result
