Hey guys, I do a lot of traveling and that's really all that's on my Facebook wall right now and I'm having an issue were it'll show where I'm traveling to, but it won't show where I'm traveling from anymore.

For example, here's what it used to show:

And here's what it currently shows for anywhere I travel:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]


Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong and what I need to do? I primarily use my phone but I've also tried to do it on the computer with the same result.

I have no idea. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, how do I check? Is that something through Facebook or my phone / computer settings? I always have wifi on, but I'm not sure about location sharing.

Knowing whether or not i am sharing my location with google and companies like Facebook is very important to me.

I also have my location off unless im using my maps app

It's in general setttings, you find the app then turn location on or settings on Facebook there's an option to always allow your location to be on

Location is on, and it shows Facebook as one of the apps. Maybe it's how I'm inputting it into Facebook?

When I do it I click on the "what's on your mind?" part of Facebook, click on "Feeling/Activity", scroll over to activities and click on "Traveling to" then type in where I'm traveling to. It doesn't ask me where I'm traveling from.

Try checking into a location and also set a "travelling to" activity?
