I have tried to fit it in every way possible but its because there is 1 slot on the nzxt usb that is blocked off and it dont line up with the mobo's usb headers 2 and 3...

They're both 10-1 connectors. Looking at the manual and pictures of the cable, it should definitely fit. Are you sure that it's not just maybe a slightly bent pin?

The blocked whole on the nzxt usb is positioned wrong or something cos it dont fit for shit... At one point i thought i was connecting it to the wrong ports...
So i take it there is nothing im doing wrong and theres no fix for it? Could it be a possibility that i received a messed up usb cable?

I have been speaking to someone who works for NZXT and after a day chatting he came to the conclusion that i received a defective unit after going through troubleshooting, so i shall be replacing it.
