You should add all of the issues you know and can resolve above, I know a few issues that Preview Members have that you could add if you'd like, of course if you don't know them.

Just general errors, nothing to do with modding or anything like that, I'll leave that to the professionals;)

But like if something was consistently showing an error message, and it got to the stage beyond switching the Xbox on and off, I would like to be the guy who solves it.

Yep. After update and I have more time on my hands, ( as I am extremely busy in work ATM)
